My Story
Hi, I'm Ray!
I’m a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where your voice matters and your story is honored.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and other integrative modalities, I tailor treatment to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported—and that’s the heart of my practice.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and families in a wide range of settings, including local school districts, the probation department, the Boys & Girls Clubs, and an eating disorder treatment center at both PHP and IOP levels of care. Whether in individual or group settings, I’ve had the honor of walking with individuals as they face life’s complexities—whether working through personal struggles, building resilience, or striving for meaningful change.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me on the basketball court—a longtime passion of mine. As a former college athlete, I now enjoy coaching high school girls varsity basketball, which continues to fuel my love for mentorship, growth, and community.
If you’re considering therapy, know that you’re not alone. Whether you’re in a season of pain, transition, or personal growth, I’m here to help you heal, find hope, and move forward. My office is a place of peace, where you are welcome just as you are.
“I pray that the God who gives hope will fill you with much joy and peace as you trust in him. Then you will have more and more hope, and it will flow out of you by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
